Patricia was “our big sister”, eldest of the three of us by four/five years respectively – a role she enjoyed. She was our “trail blazer” making growing up easier for us both as mum and dad became perhaps a little more lenient when it came to boyfriends and related matters.
Patricia was a beautiful, strong independent woman. She was clever and talented and kept herself well informed on current issues. Although we never lived “in each other’s pockets” there was an unbreakable bond between the three of us which has lasted throughout or lives and will continue though she is no longer with us in person.
Patricia has always been an example to us, never more than over the last weeks when she so bravely faced the end of her life. May she truly rest in peace. God Bless You Trishy.
